Use Hhigh-Quality Raw Materials
The raw materials for producing non-woven fabrics will play a significant role in terms of final weight and strength. When it comes to non-woven raw materials, it is necessary to have appropriate tensile strength, strong tearing force, low thermal shrinkage, and environmental protection. Our factory uses Polythene terephthalate (PET) and Nylon6 (PA6) as non-woven materials, which can achieve this effect and be used in any combination.
Synthetic fibers, such as polyester, polypropylene, polystyrene, and other polymers, are the best choice for strong and lightweight raw materials. These raw materials can be made into waterproof, breathable, high-temperature resistant, soft, and printable materials, improving the comfort and breathability of products.
Ensure Tension Control
Tear force control is one of the most important factors in producing high-performance non-woven fabric products. If the tearing force is too high or too low in either direction, it may tear and damage one or more layers of the material. This is especially true for carpets or air conditioning filter materials: carpets require high-strength non-woven fabric as the primary backing, and air conditioning filter elements also require a very durable non-woven fabric. Therefore, improper tension control can cause wrinkles, resulting in areas with incomplete adhesion and incompatibility in many parts.
It is crucial to have a thorough understanding of the tensile strength of the raw materials used in the material: tear force control must be absolutely accurate, as even the smallest deviation can have an impact on the customer's product. This is why our high-performance non-woven fabric is so concerned about reducing the thermal shrinkage rate, even at high temperatures, our product can maintain deformation.
Strong Technical Principles
High performance non-woven fabrics are produced and manufactured through proprietary, highly flexible two-step technology, where two component filaments are first spun, and then the final fabric is made through a special mesh laying process and thermal bonding technology. It is precisely this unique technology and experience that enables us to design high-performance non-woven fabrics that can be used in the vast majority of different industries. The parameters such as strong tearing force, elongation, permeability, and color can be adjusted according to individual product configurations and terminal requirements. Two component filaments can be composed of different polymer polymers.
