Our high performance nonwoven fabric is used as primary and secondary backing, which are suitable for commercial and household carpets, molded carpet, car floor mats, artificial turf, and also used for air filter media, wallcovering, construction membrane, and bitumen membranes..We produce long fiber bi-component non-woven fabric composed of PET+PA6 or PET+PP.  PA6 acts as a binder, while PET ensures stability. Using two materials with different melting points, each intersection point is connected together through thermal bonding. Each filament has a fiber size of 12-15dtex.
