Stability
1.Aachen test dimensional change after the following steps:
Step1: 1-2 hours test at 60°C
Step 2: 2 hours immersion test in 20° water
Step 3: 24 hours test at 60°C
Step 4: 48 hours conditioning at room temperature
2.Standard of good stability:
-0.2% < dimensional change < +0.1%
doming/dishing maximal 2 mm
3.Surface:
.General Standard for textile Carpets EN 1307
.Dimensions and squareness EN 994
The following is our entire service process
Focusing on the research and development of new high-end non-woven materials that are in a gap in the domestic market, the company enables independent design and manufacturing of the entire industrial chain from non-woven equipment, non-woven raw materials and new non-woven processes.
● The tension of the cloth surface is formed due to the different speeds of the two rollers. On the side of the tufting needle, A base fabric will generate tension in the warp direction.
● Yuzhimu non-woven fabric is harder and more flexible, which has advantages over competitors.
● Loop pile has higher requirements on yarn holding power. Higher fabric tension improves yarn grip force.
● Cut velvet does not require very high yarn holding strength, so the fabric surface tension can be slightly lower.
● Everything on the carpet surface will affect it, such as yarn and tufting structure.
– PA yarn: greater shrinkage
– PP yarn: less shrinkage
– Structure of the back of the blanket (straight or tug)
● Substances on the back that can reduce shrinkage:
– Generally, glass fiber can be added to asphalt or PVC to reduce shrinkage Rate.
– The location of the glass fiber: it should be close to the pre-coated layer.
– Pre-painted composition: the less filler the better.
