Yuzhimu:
Yuzhimu nonwoven involves spinning endless bicomponent filaments and then using special lay-up and thermal bonding techniques to form the finished fabric. The product is composed of PET+PA6 PA6 acts as a binder, while PET ensures stability. Using two materials with different melting points, each intersection point is connected together through thermal bonding. It is this unique technology coupled with our comprehensive application expertise that allows us to design Yuzhimu nonwovens to meet the needs of the most diverse industries.
PP nonwovens:
The main disadvantage of polyester non-woven fabric is that its color selection surface is relatively narrow. Due to the limited dyeing performance of polyester fibers, polyester non-woven fabrics are not as diverse in color selection as other materials. In addition, the cost of polyester non-woven fabric is relatively high, mainly because its production process may require more process and technical support, thereby increasing production costs. Although polyester non-woven fabric has good air permeability, tensile and tear resistance and anti-aging properties, and is widely used in many fields, its narrow color selection and high cost limit its wider application.
The main disadvantage of PP non-woven fabric is that it is not easily degradable. PP non-woven fabric is a common non-woven material that is widely used in various occasions due to its excellent physical properties and low cost. However, a major drawback of PP non-woven fabric is that it is not easily degradable in natural environments, which may lead to environmental problems. Although PP non-woven fabric has many advantages, such as good flexibility, high working strength, and not easy to break, its non degradable characteristics to some extent limit its environmental performance.
