We produce long fiber bi-component non-woven fabric composed of PET+PA6 or PET+PP. PA6 acts as a binder, while PET ensures stability. Using two materials with different melting points, each intersection point is connected together through thermal bonding. Each filament has a fiber size of 12-15dtex.

Tufting is one of the processes in which Yuzhimu nonwovens have been used for many years. The product portfolio includes product variants containing special tuft finishes for optimal processing behavior and minimal wear of tuft needles. The uniform open structure of Yuzhimu's thermally bonded bi-component filaments guarantees optimal penetration with(pre)coatings. Yuzhimu nonwoven's excellent tensile strength and dimensional stability facilitates complex tuft patterns while still allowing high tufting machine speeds. Other advantages in many tufting processes? Tufted carpets are made by machines and belong to a major category of mechanically woven carpets. They are made by inserting pile yarn into the main base fabric of the carpet through steel needles, forming an irregular surface effect, and then holding the pile head with adhesive in the subsequent process.
