Yuzhimu nonwoven fabric as the filter media for automotive filter

The presence of fine dust particles in air can cause serious adverse health problems on passengers in car. Despite the various advantages of micro-sized fibrous air filters in the automobile cabin today, more functional improvements are required because they cannot capture ultra-fine dust particles. In order to solve these problems, yuzhimu have developed long fiber bicomponent non-woven fabric composed of PET+PA6. PA6 acts as a binder, while PET ensures stability.
Advantage of Yuzhimu filter media for automotive filter:
. It is manufactured from high-performance non-woven fabric using hot melt process, and is non-toxic and non-hazardous.
. Safer and more environmentally friendly than the glass fiber cartridges used in normal air filters.
. Hot air bonded, highly breathable, stiff, easy to fold, and can be functionally customized.
. Lightweight with excellent filtration and low wind resistance. Weight range: 30-300g.
