This material is made by long fiber bicomponent non-woven fabric composed of PET+PP and it can maintain high dimensional stability in the dyeing process. With the filaments entwined in three dimensions, the material offers high moldability that cannot be obtained from the original property of the filaments alone.
Yuzhimu tufted carpets are mainly used in luxury cars. There has been a tendency in recent years for the floor of an automobile to have deep and sharp irregularities, and floor mats are required not to tear when punched (or molded). Therefore, considering the tuft performance and moldability, the long fiber bicomponent non-woven fabric composed of PET+PP, is often used as the backing.
