Tufted carpet made with Yuzhimu nonwoven backing
Manufacturing Process Of Carpet
Carpet Tufting:
- Yuzhimu non-woven fabric is more transparent, so the holes are easy to see when facing the light. These holes are small and will not affect the grip of the yarn. The weight of Yuzhimu non-woven fabric can be as low as 70 grams per square rice.
- The fabric surface of Yuzhimu non-woven fabric is relatively hard and high in strength, which is very beneficial to the grip strength. After tufting, the carpet surface is relatively flat.
- Yuzhimu can more easily withstand heavier tuft constructions than other nonwovens.
Carpet Dyeing:
- Yuzhimu non-woven fabric has good deformation resistance: the design pattern of the blanket surface will not deform after printing and dyeing
- Yuzhimu non-woven fabric is famous for its ability to maintain high stability during dyeing and printing processes.
- After printing and dyeing, if it cannot be stretched to the original width, there will need to be a significant increase in width when tufting.
- The shrinkage rate of non-woven fabric base fabric (approximately 5% -8%) is higher than that of PP base fabric.
- Do not use patterned correction rods to avoid tearing.
Carpet Precoating:
- Yuzhimu non-woven fabric is more transparent, and the glue can be easily spreadNecking in during steaming could go up to 10%, dependent on the yarn and the tension in the line.
- Yarn, base cloth, and glue can bond well togetherMaximal return to width after tufting.
- When cutting a square blanket, the stability of the yarn pile is very good.
- If a scaffold is used during curing, the material stress freezes and requires a relaxation step 1-2% for good stability.
