On June 25, 2021, the China National Textile and Apparel Council organized a "Skin-core structure two-component two-step process high-performance non-woven material flexible process equipment" jointly undertaken by Yangzhou Atlan New Material Co., Ltd. and Nantong University in Yangzhou. and application research and development" project appraisal meeting. The appraisal committee is composed of 7 experts with Jiang Shicheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as the director, and Professor Deng Bingyao of Jiangnan University as the deputy director. The appraisal meeting was presided over by Zhang Chuanxiong, deputy director of the Science and Technology Development Department of China National Textile and Apparel Council. Zhang Yiping, director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Gaoyou High-tech Zone, and Gao Qiang, a researcher at Nantong University, and other leaders and experts attended the meeting.
The participating experts listened to the report of the project undertaking unit, reviewed the appraisal materials, watched the on-site video, and inspected the production products. After questioning and discussion, the main innovation points of the project include:
1. Developed the special raw material spinning technology of two-component skin-core structure, and the two-step processing technology of filament airflow separation and netting;
2. Developed evenly divided filament processing equipment and technology, and solved the technical problem of uniformly divided filament tow;
3. Developed and manufactured composite long-fiber circular web hot-air bonding rollers, developed flexible long-fiber adaptive web laying technology, and realized the uniformity and isotropy of the fiber web.
The project has applied for 10 invention patents, including 3 authorized invention patents and 2 software copyrights, with independent intellectual property rights. The project has built a wide-width high-performance two-component nonwoven material production line with independent intellectual property rights, and realized industrialization. The high-strength, high-thermal-stability series of non-woven materials developed by the project are widely used in geotechnical, medical and sanitation, filtration, decoration and other fields. The products have excellent performance and stable quality through user feedback.
The appraisal expert committee believes that the project has fulfilled the requirements of the mission statement, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. The expert committee unanimously agrees that the project has passed the appraisal, and it is recommended to increase promotion efforts to further develop domestic and foreign markets.
