Tufted carpets originated in Georgia, USA in the 19th century. Initially, due to its appearance resembling a lawn, it was also known as turf fabric. In the 1930s and 1940s, tufted carpets evolved from single needle tufting to row needle tufting.

In the 1950s, jacquard and printed plush carpets were introduced and gradually popularized in various European and American countries. Since the 1960s, tufted carpets have been mainly made of chemical fibers, with a width of 4-5m, becoming the largest and most widely used variety of carpets in terms of production.

Yuzhimu non-woven fabric: Using PA6 (nylon) as a binder and PET to ensure stability, using two materials with different melting points, each intersection point is connected together through thermal bonding, non-toxic and harmless.
