And yuzhimu spunbond have been selected to provide optimum physical properties that are required for the carpet tile industry, including fiber distribution and shrinkage.During the tufting process, yarn tufts are stitched into primary carpet backing to provide a base cloth to hold the yarn in place. Secondary carpet backing provides further pile-yarn stability and increases stability to the carpet structure.

Developed to meet the specific criteria of the floorcoverings industry our range of Yuzhimu primary backings provide a strong and stable nonwoven fabric, a key requirement during the tufting process, to ensure all yarn tufts remain secure before the secondary backing is affixed using an adhesive.Providing further stability to the overall carpet structure, Yuzhimu primary backings composed of PET+PA6 or PET+PP that provides excellent stability for carpet primary backing. Our product characteristics not only provide outstanding support but also enhance yarn tuft security.The Yuzhimu backing represents a higher standard of backing and delivers more dimensional stability and strength than Standard Backing. It is also designed for commercial environments.  Yuzhimu also ensures that the end carpet construction remains strong and durable so it can withstand heavy-duty use.
