Yuzhimu non-woven product features
Yuzhimu nonwovens are a unique composition of PET+PA6 or PET+PP. PA6 acts as a binder, while PET ensures stability. Using two materials with different melting points, each intersection point is connected together through thermal bonding. It involves spinning endless bicomponent filaments and then using special lay-up and thermal bonding techniques to form the finished fabric. It is this unique technology coupled with our comprehensive application expertise that allows us to design Yuzhimu nonwovens to meet the needs of the most diverse industries.
