In addition, the production process of non-woven fabrics does not produce wastewater and exhaust gas, reducing environmental pollution. Filter nonwoven materials, also known as skeleton filter nonwoven support or filter media, are manufactured by a unique process that involves intertwining fibers to create a dense structure. The raw materials for producing non-woven fabrics will play a significant role in terms of final weight and strength. When it comes to non-woven raw materials, it is necessary to have appropriate tensile strength, strong tearing force, low thermal shrinkage, and environmental protection. Materials produced in one or more layers, from voluminous materials to standard one layer filter media with excellent pleating performance. For removing odors and emissions, we designed filter media with high performance activated carbon layer. Filtration performance can be upgraded to higher level with additional Yuzhimu nonwoven layer.

Tufting usually is accomplished by inserting reciprocating needles threaded with yarn through the primary backing to form tufts or loops of yarn. Loopers or hooks, typically working in timed relationship with the needles, are located such that the loopers are positioned just above the needle eye when the needles are at an extreme point in their stroke through the backing fabric. When the needles reach that point, yarn is picked up from the needles by the loopers and held briefly. Loops or tufts of yarn result from the passage of the needles back through the primary backing. This process typically is repeated as the loops move away from the loopers due to advancement of the backing through the needling apparatus.
